In this section the arbitration board publishes those offerers, who were not ready despite repeated request to participate in the conciliation procedure.

If consumers turn to the arbitration board ombudsmann.de, this is communicated to the respective offerer immediately and he is asked to take part in the conciliation procedure.

If the offerer does not react, the offerer receives reminders form ombudsmann.de several times. If there is still no reaction and the cases are not being solved, ombudsmann.de reserves the right to put the names of those offerers on it´s negative list.

We also try to find out about the reason for the refusal.  Ombudsmann.de is naturally ready to cancel the entry into the list if it should turn out that a readiness for the participation in the conciliation procedure exists and/or is offered other ways to carry for the complaints of consumers in appropriate way calculation.
